You and I are thinking along the same lines. The template I used to the globe was a can. The problem with that is that it allows the white to fan out and obscure the scene. My wife made me a circle template with her circle cutter so I can get closer with my spray. Should make a difference. Also I realized after the fact that I need to add more color to the scene so the globe will contrast better. Thanks!
This has some cool concepts. The color in those clouds is forboding. I know you said you are refining some of the techniques here, and I have a thought. Can you paint the globe with the crescent moon technique heavier to one side, lighter to the other, lightest in the middle, like you've done, to add dimension? Can't wait to see more of this. Marty
Happy too see you back and I know it was relaxing and freeing for you too get painting,, Kudos too you my friend, this is spectacular,, I love the idea,, esp. the fact that the hand is a night sky, and the scence in the bubble rocks,, this is so SPRAYLICIOUS, PEACE AND LOVE LINDA
This is the result of an idea I had a while back and finally had a chance to give it a try. I need to refine a couple of the techniques so there will probably be a new and improved version of this idea coming soon. Open to all suggestions and comments.
