For a second attempt you are definitely on the right track and you'll get there in no time.  Keep up the good work!

Nice job! Looks like you are getting the hang of using the pallette knives. The one thing that sticks out to me are the grey branches on the fallen tree. They look flat and dont seem to work. Everything else looks very good. Keep at it.

I got a set of palette knifes finally (Thanks Brandon).  This is the 2nd attempt at a mini nature painting (5"x7").  Hoping to do some more in the next couple of days.  Any comments are welcome.
