Subject: Flats to Gloss
Content: I began using the Home Depot Rustoleum Gloss paints from the Walmart Krylon Flats.... it seems the gloss paints take alot longer to dry and stay very sticky for a length of time. The paintings look nicer with the shine, but the gloss makes a very sticky mess.....should I stay with the gloss or return to the flats??
