As a musician, I must keep my hands clean.  However, gloves can get pricey when you are painting a lot.  Keep some baby powder on hand, just a bit keeps inside and outside of the gloves in good shape. I prefer tight vinyl.  After using them add a bit of powder and let them turn inside out as you remove them. Continue using new gloves, after a few days just turn the dried gloves back the way you wore them, blow on them like a ballon and you are all set.  I can make a box go a long time doing this.
